The workshop will take place at the International Space Science Institute (ISSI) in Bern on 8-10 September 2014. ISSI is an Institute of Advanced Study where scientists from all over the world meet in a multi- and interdisciplinary setting to reach out for new scientific horizons. ISSI will provide all the facilities for this event in coordination with the University of Bern.
Location
The address of the institute is Hallerstrasse 6, 3012 Bern. ISSI is situated on the Länggasse district of Bern, where most of the University buildings are. The walking distance from the train station to the institute is around 10 minutes, by following Schanzenstrasse (see map: http://www.issibern.ch/localguide/location.html). It is also possible to take the bus at the train station (bus 12 direction Länggasse, stop Universität).

Meeting
The meeting will take place on the 2nd floor of the ISSI building (Hallerstrasse 6, 3012 Bern) in the main room (75 places). Coffee breaks will be held in the same floor, just near the main room. The organizational committee will be present on 8 September to welcome you.
Facilities
ISSI will provide to the participants a Internet Wifi access as well as ethernet cables or adapter power supplies. If you have specific needs, contact Saliba, the computer and system administrator of ISSI (
Registration
The registration for the IPCC - WCRP workshop will take place from 08:00 to 09.00 on 8 September in the second floor of the ISSI building (Hallerstrasse 6, 3012 Bern). ISSI will provide a standard registration packet to each participant upon arrival at ISSI, which will contain nametag, paper, pen, local area guide and map lunch options.
