Remote session, 7th, 8th and 9th December 2021
A few important house-keeping rules for the remote session
- Please connect 30 minutes before the start of the session so we can test audio, video and screen sharing, and fix any technical details to start the session on time
- Please mute your microphone and turn off your video when not speaking (except for session chairs)
- Presenters: you will be invited to turn on your microphone and video and use one of the following options:
- Share your screen and run the presentation yourself
- Ask Secretariat to run the slides on your behalf (let us know when to move to the next slide)
- To request the floor: raise your hand on the MS Teams Platform
- To make comments: please use the chat window, which will be monitored by Co-chairs and the Secretariat
- All briefers are kindly asked to fit their presentation in the allocated slots and allow time for Q&A
- We request presenters to forward their presentation, preferably ahead of the session to Nico Caltabiano (
