- Summary: The Cloud Feedback Model Intercomparison Project (CFMIP) aims to inform future climate change assessments by improving the understanding and evaluation of cloud-climate feedback mechanisms and regional changes in atmospheric circulation and precipitation. CFMIP is supporting ongoing model inter-comparison activities by coordinating a hierarchy of targeted experiments with a set of cloud related output diagnostics as part of the 6th phase of the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project (CMIP6).
