Katja Matthes is Professor in Atmospheric Physics at the GEOMAR Helmholtz Centre for Ocean Research Kiel and the Christian-Albrechts Universität zu Kiel.
She is interested in understanding and quantifying the role of the solar cycle for decadal climate variability and predictability.
