The Argentina CONICET Hub of My Climate Risk (WCRP) invites you to the webinar "Climate storylines as a tool for interdisciplinary dialogue on risk decision-making" on Wednesday 23 October 11:00-12:00 Argentina / 14:00-15:00 UTC.
This webinar will focus on the study of climate storylines to guide adaptation and decision-making. Through an interdisciplinary dialogue between climatologists and anthropologists around a severe drought event in northeastern Argentina, the speakers will show: how does analysing the event from multiple storyline perspectives can support more robust decision-making and contribute to the development of socially relevant climatic information for realistic climate risk decision making contexts. The result of this interdisciplinary approach was recently published in Environmental Science & Policy.
