Registration Fees
Important!
We wil not have the capability to process payments for registration during the conference. You may register at any time online, but please be aware that after May 6, the conference fee for everyone is $275 or $100 for one day. The only way to register and pay the conference fee is online at http://www.regonline.com/Register/Checkin.aspx?EventID=1011700. If you registered earlier and chose the "Pay Later" option the registration fee will be based on the date of the payment according to the schedule below.
All attendees must check in at the Conference Registration Desk in the Adams Room (2nd Floor) to pick up a badge and handouts.

What does the registration fee include?
Conference and Students Attendees: The registration fee includes full participation in the conference sessions, mid morning and afternoon refreshments and Monday Night Welcome Reception.
Spouse/Guest Attendees: Payment of the spouse/guest registration fee ($40) allows guests to accompany the conference attendee to the Welcome Reception. Guest registration does not include conference participation or materials, and is not for use by co-workers.
All participants and guests and must wear official badges at conference social events.
Student Discount
To qualify for the discounted rate, a student must be currently pursuing MSc or PhD in a conference relevant degree program. In order to prove her/his status, the student must e-mail or fax a letter from his/her supervisor and proof of enrollment to gewex@gewex.org (fax: 1-240-485-1818) within one month of registration. If we do not receive the verification, the fee amount will be adjusted to the general registration price and the difference will be charged.
Making Payment
Payment can be made by Visa or Mastercard. A "Pay Later" option is available at the end of the registration process. If you choose to" Pay Later" the registration fee will be based on the date of the payment according to the schedule above.
Refund Policy
All refund requests must be received in writing (melanie@ucar.edu) by 1 May 2012. No refunds will be issued after this date. A $50 processing fee will be assessed on all general registration refunds due to cancellation. Student refunds will be assessed a $25 fee. Guest registrations are fully refundable.
Setting your Username and Password
As part of registration you will be asked to create a Username and Password. This login will allow you to upload a revised
abstract at any time and make changes to your registration. We recommend that you use your e-mail address as your Username and create a Password that you will easily remember.
Indemnity
Conference participants must accept personal responsibility for insurance against travel risk and injury. While the organizers will make every effort to observe best safety practices, WCRP encourages all participants to purchase adequate medical and liability insurance. Participants save and hold harmless the WCRP from any and all claims, losses and damages, on account of events beyond their control.
